Job Description:
As a Customer Service / Sales Administrator at Black Fox Solutions, you will join a successful manufacturer and work within their customer-focused team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Point of contact for customers on orders
2. Order capture and processing
3. Providing best-in-class customer service
4. Review and update the customer order book
5. Assist with marketing plans, design marketing material, and create social media content
6. Support the senior account manager and commercial team as required
What we are looking for:
1. Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
2. Strong communication skills
3. A sound level of IT literacy
4. Experience gained within an engineering/manufacturing or production environment is desirable; however, full training will be given
