What youll be doing Youll be working on a variety of applications for some innovative automation solutions across desktop and web, moving onto new projects roughly every 18 months or so, working closely with the development team on sprints, feeding back to the lead developer on project tasks. In this role you'll be joining an established software development team of 5 with robust development practices including a 3 part staging environment developing applications using C# .Net 8 Youll be working on some exciting new projects, modernising or rewriting some existing solutions and then owning the product and introducing new features and maintaining or refactoring your code as appropriate. They have a strong culture of personal and professional development with excellent retention both across the business and in the development team (if thats any indication of what its like to work there) including things like paying for certifications and training across areas of interest, for example they handle much of their production environment so things like devops and platform tooling are encouraged but would not be necessary experience.
