WRK Digital are partnered with a thriving Leeds based multi-award-winning agency who are part of a wider parent group. They help clients create, develop and deliver better services to meet the evolving needs of customers, employees and citizens.
They are recruiting a User Researcher to join their expanding team working across a wide range of research projects across both public and private sectors. Each project is tailored to their clients needs, whether they are in Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, so you would will working on a variety each month.
This is a hybrid working position from their Leeds office.
As User Researcher, you will be responsible for:
1. Completing research study analysis and creating reports with findings.
2. Leading the project kick off calls and managing the research delivery, communicating directly with the client.
3. Planning, scripting and conducting all user research, both quantitative and qualitative.
4. Collaborating with internal and external teams to run research as part of agile sprints. This includes working alongside other researchers, participant recruitment, project management and user experience design.
As User Researcher, you will have:
5. 2 years commercial experience in a User Research role ideally with experience running digital research projects
6. Knowledge and experience of running user research face to face
7. Strong experience of qualitative research methodologies such as in-depth interviews and usability testing.
8. The confidence to complete research projects solely or collaboratively as part of a small team
9. A passion for translating research finding and metrics to actionable insight
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
