As a Bookings Administrator, you'll be a conscientious individual with a helpful, supportive approach. Your 'can do' attitude shines through. As well as a natural flair for communicating, both over the phone and in person, you bring strong organisation and administration skills.
As a Bookings Administrator, you will:
* Ensure complex administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.
* Manage, appraise, and interpret data, information and /or situations.
* Handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
* Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
* Prepare standard and adhoc reports as requested and required by the department.
As a Bookings Administrator, you will have:
* Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
* Knowledge and understanding of clinical terminology.
* Demonstrable relevant experience working within a similar role.
* Good IT and keyboard skills.
* Good communication/interpersonal skills.
* Good organisation and analytical skills.
