Join our dynamic People Services Team as an HR Systems and Data Coordinator Reporting to the HR Reporting and Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in optimizing our HR systems. From data cleansing and upgrade testing in Dayforce to creating and delivering impactful reports, you'll directly support the business and team. Plus, you'll contribute to the exciting Phase 2 of Project Neo, driving the implementation of Workforce Management (WFM). Be part of shaping the future of HR technology with us In this role: Ensure HRIS data accuracy, promptly identifying and resolving anomalies. Assist Payroll Team by addressing system bugs and logging issues with Dayforce. Monitor and cleanse data, collaborating with Site Managers and Payroll Team for necessary updates. Schedule and run reports as needed, modifying or creating reports in collaboration with the HR Systems Team. Provide information to the HRIS Analyst for completing CSR reports. Support annual and ad hoc activities, such as uploading bank holidays, long-service awards, and bought holidays into the payroll system, and communicate updates to colleagues as required. What good looks like: Ensure accurate data and timely reports. Test updates and resolve system issues quickly. Support updates with stakeholders and maintain trust within HR and the business. Skills & Experience: Experience in systems and data, with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Ideally familiar with Dayforce and skilled in data extraction and manipulation. Detail-oriented with proven analytical abilities for complex information. Effective communicator and problem-solver, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
