Personal Assistant (PA) Job Spec
We are looking for a part time PA to join our team. Working closely with the Managing Director and Chair of Board to support high-quality services to our clients and community of education advisers across the UK and abroad.

Job role:
* Review email inbox and support with all member queries.
* Organising board and central team meetings, minute meetings, distributing papers, and other relevant documentation as required.
* PA support to the Managing Director and Chair of Board. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
* Support our live and online events and training programmes.
* Support with Xero bank reconciliation, invoicing and expenses.
* Support central team with other administrative tasks as required.
Essential Experience:
* Graduate bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
* Effective personal organisation skills.
* Good IT skills (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom).
Other:
* Part time working to be agreed (20-25 hours). Flexible working arrangement at home and in our office at Newcastle Business Park. Salary agreed upon experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.55-£14.04 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
