Then you found the right position for you As a Cash Asset Management and Reconciliation Utility Business Support Analyst within the Business Support Function you will be exposed to a variety of business administration, communications and resource control responsibilities. You must be comfortable working with all levels of management and will provide general support of day to day business functions and services. As a Business Support Analyst you will be entrusted with a range of business administration tasks working alongside Business Support associates to provide organisational and quality support to the CAM and RU Leadership team. Job responsibilities Provides a high level of responsiveness to Leadership & Pay Ops BM requests Produces quality and engaging communications materials Communicates effectively with business partners (HR & Finance) to obtain key information Helps to coordinate and administer local and international town halls and offsites Manages data on collaboration sites such as SharePoint Supports the team objectives to manage direct and indirect costs Identifies ways to improve processes/procedures to enhance quality and/or productivity Analyses data and produce reports when required Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation Detail oriented and curious, can connect and articulate various themes Exemplifies the highest standards of integrity, respects individuals at every level and can flex style Analytical mindset with ability to perform meaningful analysis, understand and explain underlying drivers (i.e., tell the story behind the numbers) Desire to receive feedback and continuously improve, demonstrating a growth mindset Intermediate level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in Cash, Payments or Finance Technical and analytical skills, data manipulation (Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) Able to work comfortably and confidently under pressure and deadlines Data Management – able to effectively apply best practices in data management without compromising speed and quality Data Analysis – skills to source, analyse and visualise large data sets that leads to usable outcomes Change management - challenge the status quo Helps promote a client/customer centered organisation
