Are You Our Next Group Technology Security Architect?
We are looking for a Group Technology Security Architect to join our team and report directly to the Group Information and Cyber Security Director. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing group-wide security programs, shaping security architecture, and providing expert advisory services for our cloud platforms to ensure secure operations across the organization.

You will bring hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Office Security features, helping to ensure the highest level of security across our platforms. You will also work closely with key stakeholders and third-party partners, ensuring that product development and business requirements are fully understood and supported by the security team.

Responsibilities:
* Design and Implement Security Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of robust security architectures across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities within the IT infrastructure, applications, and systems to protect sensitive data and critical assets.
* Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to design secure solutions, ensuring the integration of security best practices into all phases of the software development lifecycle.
* Security Frameworks & Standards: Establish, maintain, and enforce security frameworks, policies, and guidelines to ensure the highest levels of data integrity, availability, and confidentiality.
* Incident Response and Remediation: Lead efforts in detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
* Stay Current with Security Trends: Continuously monitor the evolving threat landscape and emerging security technologies, ensuring the organization is proactive in addressing potential vulnerabilities.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate security risks, incidents, and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring informed decision-making on security-related matters.
* Mentorship and Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior security staff, fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
* Vendor and Third-party Risk Management: Assess and manage security risks associated with third-party vendors and external partners, ensuring compliance with security standards and contractual agreements.
Qualifications Required:
* Education: Technical University degree or similar qualification.
* Certifications: Industry-standard certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, MBA, or equivalent.
* Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a security-related position.
* Language: Proficiency in English is essential.
Technical Skills:
* Cloud Security Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Akamai, Palo Alto, Rapid7), including micro-segmentation and virtualization.
* MS Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft platforms, including O365, W365, Windows OS, Linux, Intune, Defender, MS Portal, MIP, and DLP. Experience with Apple endpoint security and ecosystem is a plus.
* Security Architecture & Standards: Solid understanding of Security Architecture and adherence to standards such as NIST and CIS.
