Electronic Assembler required to follow routings, record test measurements, and report any non-conformances.
Key Skills
1. Commercial experience in soldering, crimping, and general wiring skills.
2. Ability to detect workmanship issues in precision harsh environment electronics equipment and processes.
3. Calculation for diagnostic operations, including computing ratios, rates, percentages, fractions, and weights and measures.
4. Knowledge of calculators, computers, and related equipment.
5. Experience with electronics test and build equipment.
6. Familiarity with safety equipment as required.
7. IPC certification (IPC 620 and J-Std preferred).
8. Appreciation for Lean and 5S improvements.
9. Independent performance of self-assessments to develop insights into improvements.
