Step Teachers has partnered with a Secondary School in the outskirts of Norwich that is looking for a Chemistry Teacher to join their dynamic team. As a Chemistry Teacher, you will help shape the next generation of students. Your enthusiasm for science and dedication to student success will inspire interesting and meaningful learning in our classrooms. This is a full-time role but the school would consider part-time.
Key Responsibilities - Chemistry Teacher:
* Design and deliver comprehensive science lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a deep understanding of scientific concepts.
* Utilise a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and multimedia resources, to accommodate diverse learning styles.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas, and make connections between science and the world around them.
* Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and adjust instruction as needed to meet the needs of individual learners.
Requirements - Science Teacher:
* QTS
* Bachelor’s degree in science, education, or a related field.
* Experience at the secondary level.
* Strong subject knowledge across multiple scientific disciplines, including biology, chemistry, and physics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
* Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying current with best practices in science education.
