IntaPeople are working alongside a leading Technology company based in Doncaster who are looking to onboard an IT Customer Service Analyst to enhance the team’s current processes.
Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for overseeing customer support tickets, including response time, allocation, and conclusion.
* You will monitor and ensure that all ticket queues are flowing correctly.
* You will build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
* You will ensure that tickets are prioritized.
* You will proactively review and analyze statistics reporting areas of concern.
About You:
* You will ideally have a solid background in an administrative/customer service position.
* You will have solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* You will have experience using an IT service management tool or a ticketing system.
* You will have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Extra Information:
* This position is hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
* 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days after 3 years of service.
* Private medical insurance.
* Location – Doncaster, you will need to be local to the Doncaster offices.
