Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm – 100% office based.
Free Parking – must be a driver with access to own car as some additional site cover is required.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing the day-to-day operation of the site, covering maintenance issues, reception duties, and general administration.
2. Conducting site checks to ensure that the building and occupants are happy and addressing any issues efficiently.
3. Showing potential customers around the site, negotiating renewals, closing deals, and signing up new customers once terms have been agreed.
4. Networking and generating leads, as well as some credit control and financial reporting duties.
You must be able to work on your own, be proactive, build rapport quickly and easily, and enjoy working towards financial targets.
This role would suit someone who has worked within hospitality, retail, property, or recruitment industries previously and might be seeking a change. A commercial sales-minded approach is definitely required for this role.

2. Potential to earn 25% of your annual salary on specific KPIs, which will be agreed upon and eligible after the 6-month probation period (an additional £7,500 per year).
