Job Purpose You will take responsibility for the smooth running and ongoing growth of one of our Dulux DecoratorCentres. This will involve setting excellent retail and operational store standards, overseeing in-store activity to ensure the delivery of commercial plans and developing your team to be the best they can be. You will also focus on developing your business in your local area to win market share. This is afull time40hrper week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis, with time off in lieu.
