Role Overview We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have prior marketing experience, ideally within the property or finance sectors (though this is not essential). You will work closely with the Director of Client Partnerships and their PR agency to ensure marketing efforts align with the company’s overall strategy. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging marketing materials, running social media campaigns, and managing the email marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing company, where your ideas and contributions will be valued. Key Responsibilities: Design and create visually appealing social media posts, event invitations, email designs, and other marketing collateral using Canva. Editing of basic video content, including cutting, adding captions, and preparing videos for social media sharing. Schedule and manage social media posts across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement. Write and edit copy for social media captions and email blasts, utilising AI tools and external agencies for more advanced tasks when needed. Manage and segment the company’s contact database, ensuring effective email campaigns are targeted and relevant. Distribute weekly email blasts to clients, prospects, and contacts, tracking and reporting on their effectiveness. Liaise with the PR agency to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy across all marketing channels. Event organisation to include sourcing and liaising with venues, managing guest lists and having a presence at key events to oversee smooth running. Work closely with the Director of Client Partnerships to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company objectives. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in marketing (ideally within property or finance, but not essential). Proficiency in Canva and other design tools. Basic video editing skills and experience adding captions for social media platforms. Strong copywriting ability for social media posts and email campaigns. Knowledge of social media platforms and how to drive engagement and brand awareness. Experience with email marketing platforms and managing contact databases. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
