Job Summary:
To increase retail performance and achieve training KPI’s in designated doors through the development and coaching of consultants. Assist in the training of all Elizabeth Arden Prestige consultants. Support Retailer Head Office events & conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Be instrumental in developing and educating consultants to exceed sales targets and KPI’s and share best practice in the Area/Region.
Sales and Service Commitment:
* Identify training needs through account and individuals KPI’s and targets.
* Develop a support plan for the account/individuals to achieve KPI’s targets through coaching and training on counter/floor.
* Coach beauty consultants with guidance from the Training Manager UK&I to ensure that they are equipped to meet the identified needs of the business and hit targets.
* Review and Monitor performance of targets and KPI’s by account/individuals monthly with effective follow up.
* Support in planning and executing on/off counter events and activity to achieve incremental retail growth.
* Support with Red Door Academy, consultant/retail conferences and any other events when required.
* As required, support Virtual induction and Head Office training for all new starters
Coaching and Developing Consultants:
* Lead & own training plan & implementation of Generic Retailer consultants.
* Induct Beauty Consultants to ensure they have a great start.
* Ensure/check that product knowledge is clear and confident.
* Observe and coach on ‘stepping out,’ selling with class and the use of selling tools.
* Conduct training on services and tools across make-up, skincare, and fragrance.
* Support consultants with access to MyArdenDoor and continued E-Learning.
* Ensure consultants maximise CRM and ‘hook backs’ to encourage customer loyalty.
* Run/support Training Sessions as required in the region and ensure information/training is cascaded.
Business Awareness
* To review and monitor individual and account performance against target for all stores within designated area.
* Look at local external opportunities to grow the business and action with the Consultants.
Communication
* To provide monthly feedback to Area Managers and Training Manager UK&I regarding account and individual performance and performance in designated stores, indicating results, activities, trends, and challenges. Ensure this is recorded on the Training tracker & store visit sheets.
* Constructively provide feedback on concerns and future coaching/training needs of consultants to the Area Managers and Training Manager UK&I. Ensure this is recorded on the training tracker & store visit sheets.
* Ensure that you read and are up to date via MyArdenDoor and E-Learning. Stay connected, engage, and encourage consultants to be on brand business Instagram/Facebook to follow EA brand, store, and competitor brands.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with all store based and Elizabeth Arden colleagues.
Knowledge, skills, ability, and experience
* Desired: University degree level or equivalent
* 2 years-experience within Beauty training/field industry.
* A result driven person who is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Demonstrates desire and enthusiasm to exceed targets and proactively make things happen.
* Strong coaching and presentation skills.
* Flexibility in working hours and location, there will be the requirement to travel (80%) within the region, and to Head Office.
* Ability to juggle changing priorities.
* Numerate, able to interpret sales information and recognise trends.
* Proficient in Microsoft Computer packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Able to navigate on social media to keep up to date on Elizabeth Arden and competition
