Our client are a market-leading force in the Own Label Food manufacturing sector, partnering with Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, M&S, Aldi, and key discounters across 144 SKUs.
Working with a global network of 120+ manufacturers, suppliers, and UK-based distribution centres handling 44,000+ pallets, they're redefining how retailers and suppliers collaborate.
As a Commercial Account Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy for major retail accounts, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full accountability for budgets, forecasts, stock/inventory optimisation, and long-term growth plans across retail accounts.
* Cultivate deep, cross-functional relationships with discounters and retail decision-makers, becoming their trusted advisor.
* Develop technical expertise across production, logistics, and supplier networks, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery.
* Collaborate with global suppliers to identify trends, unlock new opportunities, and future-proof our offerings.
* Harness analytics to solve complex challenges, optimise margins, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years in National Account Management within Own Label Food/Beverage ideal.
* Deep understanding of UK grocery logistics.
* Ability to unite cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) and external partners toward shared goals.
* Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
* Ability to learn, adapt, and stay ahead in a competitive, fast-moving landscape.
