Sales Negotiator required for our busy property-based client with a passion for delivering a high-quality service which has seen them continually grow and gain more business. If you are an experienced Sales Negotiator seeking a new exciting challenge with no weekends working from a modern office, with a friendly team, this is the role for you. We are looking for someone experienced in property, which can be from sales, lettings progressor, and/or negotiator to join our client's expanding team in this role of sales negotiator.
The Role:
1. Proactively manage property listings and offers to achieve the best possible sale price to the best possible buyer for client/customer.
2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, potential purchasers, and estate agents.
3. Instruct appropriate local estate agents to market the property.
4. Keep in regular contact with company-appointed estate agents to obtain updates related to marketing activity.
5. Maintain regular contact with clients, customers, and appropriate third parties to provide updates on property instructions.
6. Communicate with the Account team ensuring they are aware of any necessary updates relating to the property listings.
7. Compile weekly reports to be issued to clients.
8. Monday to Friday 9-5.30 working hours in the office.
The Person:
1. Have knowledge or experience of estate agency, residential conveyancing, the assisted move, and part exchange process.
2. Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
3. Previous property sales experience.
4. Motivated and keen.
