About the role
We seek an Innovation Capture and Delivery Manager to foster customer relationships and oversee innovation project delivery. This key role supports our growth by ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.
Note: All candidates must obtain and maintain UK security clearance due to the nature of our work.
Typical Activities
* Manage service contracts, including renewals, negotiations, and amendments.
* Understand commercial aspects like licensing, IP protection, and working agreements.
* Create and review customer-facing documents such as proposals and user guides.
* Monitor account performance and prepare reports for clients and stakeholders.
* Coordinate with financial teams for accurate financial reporting.
* Track innovation growth aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and report on performance.
* Collaborate with Innovation Engineering and Product Development teams for resource allocation.
* Support business development activities at exhibitions and engagements.
* Assist Rosa Product Manager and Marketing in promoting Rosa Mobile Products and Services.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings.
* Represent client views accurately and respond to their needs.
* Support project management for innovation delivery projects.
* Understand the client’s environment and address concerns promptly.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to grow revenue.
* Assist in proposals and customer engagement to define requirements and outcomes.
* Stay informed about our technology solutions to advise clients effectively.
