Eldercare’s Lifestyle program is designed to support our residents to achieve optimal quality of life by engaging in truly meaningful occupation. With overall responsibility for developing the strategic direction of our lifestyle program, this role will stretch you to consider innovative lifestyle practices that are closely aligned with our wellbeing strategy. Reporting to the General Manager Wellbeing and Allied Programs, you will work closely with the Wellbeing Program Coordinator, our Volunteer Program Coordinator, and offer direction and leadership to a team of high-performing Wellbeing Consultants across Eldercare. You will gather and interpret existing wellbeing and Lifestyle data to ensure that Eldercare’s approach is based on evidence and continues to lead the way in industry practice. Based predominantly at our Head Office in Eastwood, you will partner with our 13 residential aged care sites to drive performance outcomes through standardised organisational process, professional development of Lifestyle staff and good governance systems.
