You will work closely with the Chief Midwife and Maternity Service Leads to ensure that we continue to deliver outstanding maternity services, which is an ambitious service and continuously improving. Main duties of the job We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative, forward thinking midwife with an extensive experience in maternity care to provide effective, visible clinical and professional leadership for the midwifery and medical teams. You will have an excellent record in midwifery leadership, and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to help delivery of strategic ambitions, and role model exceptional midwifery skills to meet women's needs whilst working cohesively with the wider multi-disciplinary team.
