Job Description
A leading global organisation are offering the opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team to support Pension Administration and HR Benefits projects, playing a pivotal role in delivering a new platform for pension administration and HR benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for the implementation of a new pension administration and HR benefits platform.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, finance, IT, and external vendors, to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Work closely with the project management team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and requirements.
5. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and user stories.
6. Assist in the design and testing phases to ensure that the solution meets business requirements and quality standards.
7. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the new platform.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in the pensions administration domain and/or HR benefits.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on large-scale, bespoke software implementation projects, ideally within pension administration or HR benefits.
3. Strong understanding of financial concepts, particularly in the context of pension and employee benefits.
This is a 6-month contract with the scope to extend and a day rate between £600-700/d inside IR35.
