Salary: £28,521 - £28,929 full time equivalent. Actual Salary will be pro rata.

The Head teacher and Governors wish to appoint new classroom Teaching Assistants to join our talented and supportive team. The Mawney Foundation school is an inclusive, vibrant and fun place to learn and work, where children and staff are encouraged to grow their character as well as their skills, knowledge and understanding.
The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic, flexible, confident individual with excellent interpersonal and behaviour management skills to assist and support class teachers in the learning and teaching of pupils, under the overall direction of the Class teacher and Head teacher. We have positions available in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
The successful candidates’ work is primarily to foster good behaviour and participation of the pupils in the social and academic processes of the school; seek to enable the pupils to become more independent learners; and help to raise standards of achievement.
