Due to increased demand for our services we are seeking to appoint motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our successful Youth, Community & Schools Team.
Your working week will be split between Sports Coaching and Alternative Provision of Education, therefore flexibility is essential.
As an APE TA you will supervise, mentor and motivate students to achieve their full potential, ensuring effective delivery of qualifications, marking, internal moderation and all administration duties surrounding APE Students. You will also help to grow NBLT’s APE services within schools, number of students and subjects as well as assisting the wider Youth, Community and Schools when needed.
As a Sports Coach you will plan, deliver and evaluate high quality sport specific coaching sessions or play activities across Nuneaton, Bedworth and surrounding areas to increase the number of young people participating in activities at before and after school and school holidays with potential progression onto delivering in targeted schools and communities.
An NGB Level 2 coaching qualification or equivalent is essential for these roles. As is a recognised Good Practice & Child Protection Certificate and a current First Aid qualification.
In addition, experience working with young people aged 7 – 16 is desirable.
