Are you an experienced change leader passionate about organisational development and digital transformation? We are seeking a Transformation Lead to drive the next phase of an ambitious learning and talent transformation project within a complex, dynamic organisation.
About the Role
As Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of learning, performance, and talent management. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will lead the discovery, scoping, and implementation of new Learning and Talent features, including consolidating multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS) into a single, user-friendly platform.
Acting as a critical bridge between stakeholders and the project team, you will ensure the platform meets strategic goals while delivering an exceptional user experience. Your expertise in change management, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement will help drive adoption and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities;
Plan and lead discovery workshops to understand current processes and future needs.
Capture and clarify requirements to ensure alignment on 'as-is' and 'to-be' states.
Represent stakeholder perspectives within the project team and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
Analyse complex information, breaking it into manageable components to support decision-making
Develop and implement a targeted communications and engagement plan.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders understand and embrace the transformation.
Work closely with internal Communications teams to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging.
Manage the flow of communication to key stakeholder groups and change networks.
Develop high-quality support materials, including FAQs, user guides, and toolkits.
Facilitate workshops and briefing sessions to prepare colleagues for the new platform.
Design and implement readiness activities to drive effective adoption.
Work closely with the Product Owner and agile product team to align delivery with organisational strategy.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, navigating complexity and ambiguity with resilience and agility.
The candidate;
Proven expertise in change management, with a strong focus on communications and stakeholder engagement.
Experience leading organisational development diagnostics and process improvement initiatives.
Background in Organisational Development, ideally with a specialism in Learning & Talent .
Skilled at building relationships, especially with senior stakeholders, in complex environments.
Experience working in an agile project environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-able to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong leadership acumen and line management experience .
Desirable:
Previous experience in Higher Education or a similarly complex organisation is advantageous but not essential.
