What’s involved?
As a Chef de Partie, you will join our team of 13 chefs and create dishes that meet high standards. You will also assist with the mentoring and coaching of junior chefs in your area. You should have previous experience at a 2 rosette or higher level, but hotel experience is not necessary. You should be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, and have a passion for fresh and quality food. You will mainly work in the hotel’s restaurant, but also in the Banqueting department when needed.
