The role of Account Manager within Fawkes & Reece is to provide a complete partnership model to key clients across the UK. Working within the central services team, based in London, the role will support the 7 Fawkes & Reece regional offices with client management across white-collar and blue-collar requests.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and centrally coordinate activities to build rapport, ensure consistency, and increase vacancy and revenue opportunities.
2. Map out contacts and projects, supporting regional consultants with a partnership delivery approach.
3. Onboard consultants across the group with processes and provide day-to-day support.
4. Assist credit control, compliance, and payroll with ongoing requirements.
5. Support the leadership team to maximize opportunities with each account to grow revenue.
6. Assist with audits alongside Compliance and Stakeholders.
7. Train new and existing consultants on processes, helping to maximize returns and identify opportunities.
8. Produce regular reports and intelligence to support the leadership team with growth opportunities and target areas.
Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in an account management role within the recruitment industry.
2. Knowledge of construction site qualifications and requirements (CSCS, SMSTS, etc.).
3. General legislation knowledge surrounding AWR, CIS, and pay types.
4. Strong Excel and database management skills.
