Business Development Manager – Field-based - Scotland region.
Globally recognised skincare brand with a strong heritage and leader in professional aesthetics and cosmetic technology, is looking for a full-time, field-based Business Development Manager role covering Scotland.
This role will support existing partnerships and driving new business opportunities. Nurturing and developing current client accounts by keeping them informed about new products and treatments, sharing promotional offers, coordinating training sessions and events as needed, and processing orders.

Main responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain existing client accounts by keeping them informed about new products and treatments, sharing promotions, organizing training sessions and events as needed, and processing orders.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base in Scotland.
* Build strong relationships with new clients, understand their needs, and create tailored proposals to meet those requirements.
* Present and pitch products and services to both new and existing clients.
* Attend conferences and industry events to establish relationships with partners and stay informed about emerging trends.
* Set sales targets for clients and therapists and actively work to achieve those goals.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, industry competition, and market positioning.
* Collaborate closely with the sales, training, office, and warehouse teams to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
Previous B2B experience within the beauty industry and Therapist qualifications are an advantage.
