We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to our Plant department site in Baglan, Port Talbot.
Responsibilities
Answering the telephone in a courteous and timely manner.
Open, distributing and dealing with any post.
Maintaining accurate computer-based records
Preparation of documents for large scale scanning
Reviewing documentation to ensure it meets the necessary quality requirements
Assisting in receiving part quotations, and inputting service history and safety certificates into desired spreadsheets and folders.
The above list is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to take on other duties and responsibilities for the effective and efficient performance of this role
What we will need from you:
IT literate, with in-depth experience of and competence in using MS Outlook, Word & Excel
Administration experience - preferred
A friendly and confident telephone manner
Ability to think on your feet and work on own initiative
Have an excellent eye for detail and a flexible approach as well as being articulate and a good communicator
knowledge in plant and/or transport would be desirable but not essential
