Come grow with us Job Summary: The Warehouse Laborer, is responsible for accepting, inspecting for damage, stocking, and handling material. The Warehouse Laborer will assist in stocking shelves with inventory and supporting packaging to ensure on time shipment to customers. Serve as a support to the Shipping and Receiving. Primary Responsibilities/Activities: Maintain First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory system. Entering transactions into D365 System utilizing a scan gun for the receiving and product allocation. Load and off load daily shipments onto truck trailer and process small UPS and Fed-Ex packages. Prepare shipments by pulling orders accurately and in a timely manner and ensure that all goods being shipped are properly palletized for safe transportation during transit. Inspect completed orders to ensure pallet placards and labels are clearly visible and assist in uploading and organizing shipment pictures. Support the preparation of documentation for outbound shipment such as bill of lading and packing lists. Responsible for processing and filing freight claims and maintaining tracking log. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required Experience: 1 years’ experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving Microsoft Office proficiency and k nowledge of MRP / ERP systems Specialized knowledge or training: Valid driver’s license, Forklift certification (will certify); Dynamics 365 Experience a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be self-motivated with the ability of work independently and as a team player Must have good communication skill and be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English Understand operational pace and need for assignments to be completed timely The pay range for this role considers a wide range of factors including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographical location, and other organizational needs. The estimated pay range for this role is $19.16 Min to $28.74 Max per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus program associated with this specific role.
