The business is over 40-years-old and continues to grow each year and to that end we need to recruit new staff to help us support our burgeoning customer base.
You would be joining an existing team of individuals and interface with other departments such as Marketing, Engineering and Geotechnical services, the offices are modern, air conditioned and in an excellent friendly atmosphere which we believe is an essential element of a working environment.
The company management operates an open-door policy, so you will be fully supported.

What we need
We are for a Sales Manager to cover the Midlands.
The successful candidates will be expected to thrive in sales with the ability to hit the ground running. You will require high levels of energy and commitment, be organized, proactive in their approach and able to find and close sales.
Individual personal skills should include an ability to communicate effectively at all levels (written & verbal including presentation skills), understand the importance of social media in business, be able to work independently under pressure and collaborate with others to achieve agreed targets and business objectives.
This is a long-term role with real opportunities to ensure and strengthen your career development.
Duties
* Manage the sales process from enquiry to closing.
* Plan and execute on all daily sales movements and enquiries.
* Acquire a clear understanding of the customers’ requirements and needs
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through industry contacts and with the use of the CRM and other tools available to you.
* Communicate thoroughly with all internal stakeholders to ensure success.
* Develop and maintain current business relationships with existing customers
* Use of business intelligence to gain a head start against competitors and alternative solutions
* Ensure that all related paperwork is meticulously presented and always organized.
* Be constantly focused on achieving the department goals.
Skills
* Car Driver with clean UK Licence
* Highly driven and organized individual.
* Great communication skills
* The ability to sell
* Excellent IT skills will be a must particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
