As a Hire Controller, you will be supporting the Manager and working towards career progression within the business. What do I need? Previous Hire Controller experience or experience in a Customer Service role Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
