To Assist in Food preparation and the service of patients mealsAssistant Catering and Retail Lead Chefs Catering SupervisorsWard Host/Hostess Catering Assistants4. Acting Courteously and, ensuring all meals reach the trusts standards of service and presentation.5. To correctly dispose of all waste products e.g. food, cardboard; following the instructions given by supervisors/ Lead Chef regarding storage or disposal6. Ensuring all crockery is clean and checked to the standards as determined by the management7. The safe distribution of patient meals using the electronic tugs, meeting time deadlines to provide protected mealtimes
