Job Summary
SPEC Engineering are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a proactive approach to requirements gathering, cost control, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is essential.
Responsibilities
* Manage the EPC contract in a manner that achieves quality installation meeting performance parameters set out in the scope of work within the cost and schedule targets in the EPC contract.
* Achieve Project KPIs
* Control Schedule and Cost for assigned Projects
* Manage Cost and Change Management
* Serve as primary interface with Client
* Take necessary corrective action to align project back on track in case of deviations from plans (cost, schedule, quality, HSE, performance, operability, maintainability, etc.).
Requirements
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or eqv) from an accredited university with minimum fifteen years (15) Project Management experience in Oil and Gas EPCC Projects
2. Experience in large-scale Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Projects (preferably at least one Refinery Project)
