5. Issue Communications: Send necessary communications as per the contract requirements.
6. Attend Meetings: Participate in progress meetings to discuss the status and any issues.
NEC Project Manager
1. Contract Management: Oversee the contract administration and ensure compliance with the NEC contract terms.
2. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, including maintaining the Risk Register.
3. Programme Management: Ensure the project is on schedule and manage any changes to the programme.
4. Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs to stay within the budget.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of work meets the specified standards.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including the client and contractor.
