Are you a good listener? Our Bereavement Cafe is looking for empathetic, compassionate and sensitive individuals to join our team of Bereavement Cafe volunteers. You will welcome people, facilitate introductions, listen and offer emotional wellbeing support to people attending the group. The role involves a commitment of four hours one Friday morning of each month between 9.30 and 1.30 pm. About us St Gemma’s Hospice is a Leeds-based charity providing expert care and support for local people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. We offer care to patients and their carers in the Hospice’s In-Patient Unit, through the St Gemma’s community team, and via our day services, which include a Day Hospice and Out-Patient Department.
