What You’ll Do:
* Oversee and optimise day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency as the company scales.
* Implement and refine processes, systems, and workflows to support growth.
* Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic operational plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
* Manage supplier relationships, logistics, and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Drive operational improvements with a data-driven approach, ensuring compliance in a regulated environment.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in operations within a healthtech startup (scale-up experience preferred).
* Strong background in process optimisation, scaling operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality management, and supply chain best practices.
* Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements:
* Experience in healthtech startups, ideally in a scale-up environment.
* 5+ years in operations management, with a proven track record of scaling processes and systems.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality management systems (ISO 13485 preferred), and supply chain best practices.
* Experience managing logistics, suppliers, and operational workflows in a high-growth setting.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, proactive approach to optimising operations.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
* Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven decision-making to improve processes.
* Prior experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare software) is a plus.
