We are currently looking for a new team member who must be able to work a minimum of 4 hours a week.
Responsibilities
* Providing world-class customer service.
* Serving as an ambassador for our premium tea and coffee, guiding customers through our expertly curated selection to find their perfect purchase.
* Consistently achieving daily sales targets.
* Collaborating closely with your team to foster excellent working relationships.
* Managing front-facing duties including operating the till, engaging in customer service, and conducting tastings.
* Handling day-to-day operations such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, managing stock, and banking duties.
* Leading in-store and on-street tastings to elevate the Whittard product experience.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
* Confidence in engaging customers in meaningful product discussions, providing outstanding service and support.
* A commitment to personal growth and achieving excellence.
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
