Executive Assistant
This is a great job for someone who has significant previous experience of working in an office environment.
A bit about the job:
An EA provides effective and efficient high-level executive support to Directors including the prioritisation of work, diary management, meetings management and communication, document
production, quality assurance and governance, with some lower-level support provided to the Directors immediate team. Within this role, you will be seen as the point of contact for the Business area, deal with queries and provide counsel, connect people, and give direction and advice. You will be acting as the first point of contact for effective diary, email, Microsoft teams and meetings
management. The role itself will also require you to provide support with booking travel and accommodation arrangements using corporate systems, ensuring within policy guidelines. In smaller areas you may also review and report on Leader’s budget and may have limited approval
accountability and for larger areas you will liaise with Finance BP to ensure data and reporting is available.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Working knowledge of their aligned Market/ Function
2. Working knowledge of and can navigate the wider Aviva business.
3. Strong networking skills - Strong planning, prioritisation, re-prioritisation, time management and organisation - Business acumen and credibility
4. Ability to solve problems independently and pull in additional support and expertise where required.
5. Ability to work with extensive amounts of information.
