Working hours: Full time 37 hours per week, some shift working will be required as the service covers evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Salary: Starting Salary is £44,711 (Level one) rising to £47,754 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time) and a welcome bonus of £3,250.

About You
Nottingham City Council is seeking an experienced and motivated social worker to join our Emergency Duty Team on a permanent basis.
This is a unique opportunity to join our busy EDT, which covers both adults and children within the locality of Nottingham City. You will be able to effectively communicate in a Multi-Agency environment, prioritise and work autonomously.
The work is varied and challenging, and in return, we will offer a supportive environment, providing regular supervision and appraisals, with a firm commitment to supporting continuous professional development.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Professional Social Work Qualification
* Registered with Social Work England
* Significant experience in the safeguarding of adults, young people, and children
* An Approved Mental Health (AMPH) qualification is desirable but not essential
* Possession of a full driving license and access to a vehicle
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
