Supporting a professional services client based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, with the introduction of a Senior HR Advisor to the firm.
You will have a suite of generalist experience ideally gained within a professional services environment to bring to the role to include recruitment and on-boarding (and exit management!), employee relations, performance management, training & development, and policy & compliance to name a few! We’ll also include adhoc projects to the mix as well!
