Position: Travel Agents/Consultants
Classification: Hospitality & Tourism
Responsibilities:
1. Organizing and attending key trade shows.
2. Planning and executing marketing and promotional activities with other teams.
3. Playing a key role in developing new and unique tour products and experiences.
4. Assisting in the preparation of reports and regular updates.
5. Organizing, coordinating, and implementing student exchange programs.
6. Travel, itinerary, and event planning.
7. Event coordination, client, and vendor management.
8. Providing premium customer services at Concierge counter and Executive Lounge.
9. Ensuring the smooth operation of the QTS Scheme.
10. Supporting Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards.
Requirements:
1. Recognized University degree in Business Management.
2. At least 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
3. Degree in hospitality/events management.
4. Diploma/Certificate holder with 2+ years of experience.
5. Minimum 10 years of working experience in Reservations.
6. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
7. Full-time, weekend, and public holiday work required.
8. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
