Job Description:
We are seeking 2nd and 3rd level IT Support Engineers to provide desktop support as the second point of escalation for a large internal enterprise user base. Responsibilities include:
* Troubleshooting and resolving PC hardware and software incidents.
* Performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks.
* Staging of PCs.
* Hardware and software maintenance and support.
* Asset management.
* Coordinating with vendors for hardware repairs.
Technical Skills and Certifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft PC applications.
* Support experience with PC hardware and software.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
* Experience supporting multiple operating systems on-site.
* Customer service-oriented approach.
* Preferred certifications: MCP on Windows, Dell certification.
Additional Requirements:
* Experience with IT Service Desk operations is a plus.
* Knowledge of ticketing systems is preferred.
* Ability to produce technical support documentation.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Fluency in English.
* Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
* Effective communication with customers, peers, and management.
