Location: Gosport or Bradford

Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract, Full-time
Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a short-term opportunity to make an impact? We’re recruiting a confidential HR Advisor role on behalf of a valued client. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your HR expertise to a dynamic environment, offering support across multiple sites and contributing to key HR processes.
As our client has sites in Gosport, Dover, and Bradford, the chosen candidate would ideally be based either near Gosport or Bradford, and you would be ultimately working across all sites (partly remote with some travel a few times a month).
About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the company’s operations across Gosport, Dover, and Bradford sites. Key responsibilities include:
1. HR Administration: Manage offer letters, contracts, and HRIS (PeopleHR). Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Head of HR, ensuring compliance with company policies.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring seamless experiences for new hires and leavers. Monitor absences and handle daily employee queries.
3. Payroll and Benefits: Support payroll preparation and manage employee benefits.
4. Collaboration and Training: Work with a small, remote HR team using Teams for regular communication. As the role develops, take on responsibilities for training managers at various sites.
