* Coordinate and manage training and development programmes for team members.

* Maintain records of employee progress and training.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Learning and Development Coordinator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
* Proficiency in organising and coordinating training programmes.
* Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and leadership.
* A proactive approach to identifying and fulfilling training needs.
