Physics Graduate Mentor- The Role:
1. Work with pupils in 1:1 or small group sessions
2. Support pupils with adapting back to formal teaching
3. Assist with general classroom support
4. Explain topics that pupils find complex in a simplistic manner
5. Adapt your language to suit varied academic levels
6. Gain invaluable classroom experience
7. £450 -£500 per week (term time only)
8. Interview and start ASAP
Physics Graduate Mentor – Person Specification:
9. 2:1 or higher in Physics or STEM related degree from a UK university
10. Desire to kick start a teaching career
11. Strong A-levels and GCSEs
12. Fantastic communication skills
13. Professional and organised individual
14. Interest in teacher training
