We are seeking an ambitious and determined Business Development / Area Sales Manager. Your motivation is driven by earning commission, focusing on generating new business and building pipelines.
In addition, you will have:
* A team spirit and desire to create a win-win environment both internally and externally. We are a small, close-knit team and value individuals who fit and embrace our quirks.
* The commercial acumen to maximize current opportunities, utilizing our CRM, warm leads, and lapsed clients.

* A technical understanding and background in technical sales based on specifications/solutions would be a significant advantage.
Job Description:
As our Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the water treatment industry. We seek a proactive salesperson to utilize our database of warm leads and create new business opportunities.
We are market leaders with some of the best equipment in the industry, so you will be selling quality solutions, not just price. This is a solution-based, specification-driven sales role rather than quick, price-based transactions.
Your responsibilities include:
* Making this role your own, with the freedom to build it as you see fit.
* Selling our products to dealers, contractors, and end users in a B2B environment.
* Handling sales ranging from £1,000 to £100,000, focusing on consistent sales performance.
Ideal candidate background:
Experience in roles such as Business Development Manager, Territory Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or Technical Sales in water treatment, wastewater, water, chemical dosing systems, purification, UV water treatment, breweries, distilleries, or chlorination.
