This is a contract role working full time hours. The job: Provide a front line service for customers, offering advice, supporting services in a professional and efficient manner. Offer quality advice across a variety of services, signposting for different departments when required. Dealing with low level, first stage complaints, escalating as appropriate and necessary. Assisting with application forms, completing online and telephone payments.
