The Role
We are seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in commercial building maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across various commercial sites in London and the M25 area.
Key Responsibilities:
General Building Maintenance - Ensuring commercial properties remain in excellent condition
Plumbing & Carpentry - Handling repairs, installations, and modifications
Grounds Work & Minor Repairs - Maintaining exterior and interior facilities
Health & Safety Compliance - Ensuring all work meets industry safety standards
Emergency Repairs & Reactive Maintenance - Providing timely solutions to urgent issues
What We Need from You:
Minimum of 2 Years' Experience in the facilities maintenance industry
Exceptional Workmanship - Ability to maintain high-quality standards
Strong Health & Safety Knowledge - Committed to compliance and best practices
Full UK Driving Licence - Held for at least 5 years
Good Communication Skills - Ability to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively
Desirable (But Not Essential):
Previous experience as a Mobile Fabric Engineer, Multi-Trade Operative, Maintenance Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or Service Technician
Certifications in relevant trades or facilities management training
Your Working Hours:
Standard hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Occasional early starts, late finishes, and weekend work may be required
