We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our team, working on Transport for London (TfL) sites across London.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of rail industry experience (TfL experience preferred)
Valid and clean UK driving licence (essential)
Multi-disciplinary experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
Good organisational skills, particularly in managing materials, tools, and equipment
Commitment to health and safety compliance at all times
Good communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Faults and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) teams with on-site tasks
Carry out planned works across multiple disciplines on TfL sites
Effectively manage materials, tools, and equipment to optimize workflow
Complete all work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with TfL regulations
Identify and report any faults or issues to the relevant team promptly
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Complete necessary documentation and reporting as required

Job Type: Full-time, permanent position
Location: Various TfL sites across London
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Pay Range: £11.79 - £22.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
