Office Administrator
Contract: Fixed Term Permanent
Location: Liverpool (L9) - Office Based
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Mon - Fri Days

We are looking to hire an Office Administrator for our well-established manufacturing client located in North Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage production and delivery paperwork.
2. Serve as a liaison between warehouse, hauliers, sales, and customers.
3. Oversee annual leave, HR paperwork, and long service awards.
4. Promote employee wellbeing through initiatives.
5. Manage jobs from manufacturing to invoicing, track deliveries, and manage stock.
6. Handle correspondence, meeting preparation, file maintenance, communication, and scheduling.
7. Arrange haulage, raise transport manifests, and handle delivery queries.
8. Perform general office duties, including order entry, as needed.
